Every article on SafariKenya carries a named author. Every author has a verifiable identity, an editorial bio, and a track record we can point to.
We do not publish under pseudonyms, AI-generated names, or generic editorial bylines. Where contributors prefer a pen name we say so on their bio page.
Editor
Maiia Artemenko — Editor. Eighteen years in digital media. Field notes from Mara, Amboseli, Samburu and the northern circuits.
Contributing writers
Author bios will be added as new contributors join. Each bio carries verifiable credentials, links to prior published work, and a statement of any commercial relationships that could be relevant to readers.
Becoming a contributor
We commission writers who have spent meaningful time on the ground in the places they write about, and who can produce structured, evidence-based long-form. We are not interested in influencer "destination content". Editorial enquiries: contact the editors.
